Sullivan Matkovich is a dynamic and driven professional with a diverse skill set and strong leadership experience across multiple industries. Recently, Sullivan joined Critical Defense as a Business Development Specialist, where he applies his expertise in business management to foster growth and build strategic partnerships. At 24 years old, he has quickly advanced in his career, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering results.

Sullivan’s career began in the agricultural sector, where he started in maintenance at Titan Farms, a renowned peach farm. Through his dedication and technical aptitude, he worked his way up to the role of Shipping Manager, overseeing logistics and distribution operations. His experience in this position has refined his leadership abilities, strategic planning, and efficiency in managing complex supply chain processes.

Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University, where he also excelled in the field of digital accessibility. During his time at Clemson, he interned with CCIT (Clemson Computer Information Technologies), focusing on digital accessibility testing. He became certified as a Trusted Tester through the Department of Homeland Security, gaining valuable expertise in making digital platforms accessible to people with disabilities. Sullivan also led a Digital Accessibility Awareness Campaign, delivering 27 presentations to various college school boards, faculty, and students, raising awareness about the importance of accessible digital content.

In addition to his professional achievements, Sullivan is a screen reader JAWS user due to a visual disability he incurred during his sophomore year at college. Despite this challenge, Sullivan has remained steadfast in his commitment to excellence and inclusivity. In his free time, he enjoys listening to audiobooks and spending quality time with his guide dog, Zeke. As he continues to grow professionally, Sullivan remains dedicated to making a positive impact in every industry he touches.
