Vickie Jozefczyk

Vickie Jozefczyk joined Critical Defense in 2020 as Program Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business and education. In her role, Vickie works closely with customers to define contract parameters and collaborates with vendors to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. Before joining Critical Defense, she served as a liaison at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, where she promoted Veteran healthcare by coordinating appointments, facilitating communication between Veterans and community providers, and ensuring satisfaction with care.

Vickie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in flute and piano and has dedicated much of her career to music education. As the owner and instructor of Somerset Music Academy, she has taught piano, band instruments, music theory, appreciation, and technology, and served as a band director. Additionally, she is a skilled music engraver for C.L. Barnhouse Company and RWS Music Company. Outside of work, Vickie is a proud member of the Somerset County Community Band, enjoys showcasing her 2017 Fiat Spider Abarth at local car shows, and cherishes time with family, friends, and her two cats, Patty and Nera.
